The solution also generates compensation data based on hours worked and produces the files required to <a href=\"\/en-ca\/core-hr-suite\/payroll-software\/\"><b>process payroll<\/b><\/a> through the City of Montr\u00e9al&#8217;s payroll system.<\/p>\n<p>A large-scale deployment delivered using an agile approach<\/p>\n<p>The deployment took place over a little more than six months and involved specialists from multiple departments within \u00c9lections Montr\u00e9al and the City of Montr\u00e9al. Weekly workshops, validation phases, and testing milestones structured the project.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Like a puzzle, once the online application module was activated, the other components gradually came together within a three-month timeframe,&#8221; explains Charles-Andr\u00e9 Goulet.
